The 2004 Webby Awards nominees exemplify the kinds of sites that Internet users should visit every day for information and entertainment. In addition, The Academy honors individuals for significant achievements and major contributions that have shaped the industry.</description>

This is an excellent description of the different types of models and includes links to websites that use these models.</description>

Each of the cases is very complete, with supplemental figures as well as references.  These cases would be great in any type of e-commerce course.</description>
