This site is the parent site of an extensive collection of interactive mathematics authored by Alexander Bogomolny and includes an interactive monthly column . The content is accessible to the casual reader but offers much depth along with links to other high-quality resources. Altogether, this site is a mathematician's delight.Geogebra
http://www.merlot.org/merlot/viewMaterial.htm?id=274019
GeoGebra is a free and multi-platform dynamic mathematics software for education in secondary schools that joins geometry, algebra and calculus. On the one hand, GeoGebra is a dynamic geometry system--you can do constructions with points, vectors, segments, lines, conic sections as well as functions and change them dynamically afterwards; on the other hand, equations and coordinates can be entered directly. Thus, GeoGebra has the ability to deal with variables for numbers, vectors and points, finds derivatives and integrals of functions and offers commands like Root or Extremum. These two views are characteristic of GeoGebra: an expression in the algebra window corresponds to an object in the geometry window and vice versa.Pedagogy in Practice: Video Case Studies of Teaching Science; Pedagogy in Practice: Video Case Studies of Teaching Math; Strategies in Practice Resource Guide
http://www.merlot.org/merlot/viewMaterial.htm?id=80710
To address the critical teacher shortage in math and science, the Teaching and Learning Interchange grant produced three products: two series of online video case studies of accomplished teaching and a resource guide explaining the techniques, ideas for engaging students, assessing learning progress, creating and maintaining a classroom conducive to learning, along with strategies for working with English Learners and Special needs students. Originally conceived for use with pre-service and intern teachers, the cases and resources have been recommended by field reviewers for use at all stages of the teacher professional continuum. The Pedagogy in Practice: Science video case studies document lessons from general science, biology and chemistry; the Pedagogy in Practice: Math video cases cover 8th grade algebra, high school algebra and geometry. Each case is supported by relevant artifacts that develop real contexts for the learning and includes teaching cues and transcripts of classroom dialog. National Board certified and Exploratorium Master teachers deconstruct their own teaching practices and share how they break subject matter standards into mind-sized learning units, then demonstrate those same learning units in action. Teacher reflections on assessment, along with links to resouces found in the Strategies in Practice Resource Guide, provide support for classroom management, lesson planning and essential strategies that describe how to adapt the instructional pedagogy modeled in the videos. All lessons are aligned simultaneously to the California standards for teaching and science subject matter content. The Math Forum - Internet Mathematics Library

A huge list of resources in various topics of mathematics and math education.Dimensions (geometry)
http://www.merlot.org/merlot/viewMaterial.htm?id=350912
This is a free, online textbook that provides information on dimensions, from longtitude and latitude to the proof of a theorem of geometry. There are 9 chapters, each 13 minutes long. The book contains a total of 117 minutes of video, but can also be read as an ordinary textbook. The film can be enjoyed by anyone, provided the chapters are well-chosen. There are 9 chapters, each 13 minutes long. Chapters 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8 are double chapters, but apart from that, they are more or less independent of each other.Geometry Gallery-Basic Geometry

http://www.merlot.org/merlot/viewMaterial.htm?id=371570
Thousands of FREE, short, online videos that are focused on explaining and modeling the learning of specific topics in math (basic arithmetic and math to calculus), statistics, biology, physics, chemistry, finance, and other topics. The topics cover K-12 levels and higher education. The simple and clear presented information enables learners to see and review the topics and how to solve the problems at their pace with as much practice as they wish. In particular there are over a thousand videos just for mathematics. The site also contains a handful of interactive mathematics learning objects that are of the drill and practice type.Mathematics Tutorials and Problems (with applets)
