The mannikin was specially ordered from theUSand has a digital screen for LP Manometry recording. The procedure was performed between L3 and L4 spinous processes, using the Supracristal Plane as the landmark. The 26-gauge needle used in the demonstration was an actual LP needle procured fromAlexandraHospitalinNevis. After the demonstration, every student had a chance to get a hands-on experience in performing an LP.
