Rpm.espn.com is very user friendly for all ages, users can navigate by picking a racing series or just browsing through the web pages. It is presented in powerpoint and the students will be able to complete the lesson on their own and at their own pace. It starts out with general knowledge about health and how the choices you make impact your life, then has a quiz. The difference between physical activity and physical fitness are defined along with the FITT principals. Another quiz follows. Then, each of the five components of fitness (cardiovascular endurance, muscular Strenght and endurance, muscular flexibility and body composition) give a definintion, benefits, and examples. A short quiz follows each of the sections. Finally, the students are presented with two case studies and have to answer questions about the person&apos;s fitness levels or exercise habits.</description>
