Destrcutive conflict and associated costs both in human relationships and monetary value is highlighted. Proactive response to conflict while dealing with the root causes, honoring the other, African Ubuntu concept are offered. Further steps in negotiating conflict around integrative and distributive themes and the circle process are also discussed. The power of restorative justice as well as recommended spiritual practices for caregivers including military chaplains is highlighted.
