Summary: With all the other benefits that modern biomedical disciplines provide to scientists, experts and ordinary practitioners in the organization and performance of medical practices today, undoubtedly, the greatest benefit, is achieved through the ability of using modern information technologies. The Internet and the global health network, whose leaders are mostly experts from America and the Far East, where at the same time the world's largest computer and software companies are located, have the greatest practical application. In these areas technologically-software "movements" were developed such as electronic health, telehealth, telematics, telemedicine, tele-education, etc... Ključne reči: Apleti, simulacija, talentovani učenici, motivacija, individualizacija nastave.APPLETS IN TEACHING AS A FUNCTION OF MOTIVATION IN SUPPORT TALENTED STUDENTSSummary:The authors cite contemporary methods of teaching, such as the use of applets, interactive content, animation and simulation. All mentioned methods directly affect the quality of the teaching process. One part of the paper, and individualized instruction, or to provide access that includes ways of teaching with the child according to his abilities. The authors cite some suggestions on how to enable talented and above average students to supplement their knowledge by applying information and communication technologies. Some of the examples cited in this paper are teaching in a virtual classroom with a variety of applets and interactive content and application systems for e-learning tools that allow these students to materials that have adopted their average peers were learning at school further study and application.Key words: Applets, simulations, talented students, motivation, individualized instruction.

Summary: Several organizations are looking for a way how to manage the overall job performance of their employees, regardless of where the "working age" they are. Learning and competence development, along with management skills is noticeable development, therefore, that organizations want to maximize the capacity of its staff, and with them the skills that the new business conditions become necessary. In the process management capabilities and potentials occupy a key role in content management systems learning (LMS). One capability that users LMS never had this kind should be developed. In this way, the organization gained greater success using his own internal resources.

Summary This paper presents concrete suggestions on improving teaching, especially mathematics and other natural and social sciences. Java applets are presented as tools for creating interactive content for e-learning as modern methods of teaching that directly affect the quality of the teaching process. In addition to creating quality interactive content, applets are presented in this paper as tools for evaluating the teaching of mathematics, and they also have application in the customer support students in the form of virtual classrooms and laboratories. This paper presents the possibilities of Java applets and their in-implementing systems for e-learning. Conducted the research readiness teachers and students for a modern approach to teaching math and also made an analysis of student achievement after the inclusion of interactive content in the form of applets and applications of the course which was developed within the system for e-learning.

Summary: This paper describes the process of UML modeling for solving the traveling salesman problem using one of the metaheuristic-genetic algorithms. This problem is applicable to navigation systems and transportation networks. Static and dynamic diagrams implemented in developing tools for modeling, as well as a description of specific applications and testing are mentioned. With this approach we describe modeling tool that can be used in the development of specific solutions and a way of establishing explicit links between concepts and execution code.

PRIMENA UML-A U RAZVOJU SOFTVERA LARMANOVOM METODOMAbstract – This paper presents a simplified Larman method of software development on the example of a library information system. Larman method consists of five phases of software development: A collection of user requirements, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Library system was developed as a web application. Software system of library uses software architecture on three levels. It consists of threelevels, namely: the user interface level, the level of application logic and data levels.Sadržaj – U ovom radu prikazana je uprošćena Larmanova metoda razvoja softvera na primeru informacionog sistema biblioteke. Larmanova metoda se sastoji iz pet faza razvoja softvera: Prikupljanja korisničkih zahteva, Analize, Projektovanja, Implementacije i Testiranja. Sistem biblioteke razvijen je kao web aplikacija. Softverski sistem biblioteke koristi tronivojsku softversku arhitekturu.

Objektno-orjentisana analiza i dizajn u ovom postupku sa UML modelovanjem predstavlja dobru tehniku prilikom implemetacije samog koda u PHP skriptnom jeziku.Ključne reči: Elektrosko učenje, UML modelovanje, PHP programiranje, elektronski testovi Abstract: This paper describes the process of UML modeling and PHP programming for the web application that has the task of supporting the eLearning. Special attention in this paper devotes a page that contains options for creating eTests and upload script by adminstrator and of course their use by student. With this approach we describe modeling tool that can be used in the development of specific solutions and a way of establishing explicit links between objectoriented concepts and execution code. Objektno-oriented analysis and design in this process with UML modeling is good technique when implemetation the code in the PHP script language. Keywords: eLearning, UML modeling, PHP programming, eTests

Abstract - In this paper give the comparative analysis of success in teaching materials and given are view by the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional ways of studying and also listed the characteristics of e-learning. The above are the psychological and pedagogical aspects of learning and both are given by actual observations during the research and how that type of learning affects students. This paper presents the analysis of the actual success of students of Informatics at the Department of natural and technical sciences University of Novi Pazar, which are a part of teaching listening through the internet (50% students) and the traditional way. Included are students from all four school grades. In this study it was found and where higher performance Studying (theoretical and practical) and a better average score.
