Summary: With all the other benefits that modern biomedical disciplines provide to scientists, experts and ordinary practitioners in the organization and performance of medical practices today, undoubtedly, the greatest benefit, is achieved through the ability of using modern information technologies. The Internet and the global health network, whose leaders are mostly experts from America and the Far East, where at the same time the world's largest computer and software companies are located, have the greatest practical application. In these areas technologically-software "movements" were developed such as electronic health, telehealth, telematics, telemedicine, tele-education, etc... Different countries have different approaches to developing e-health.

Imagine a tool that allows you to quickly create desktop widgets that do amazing things...that will run on both Macs and PC's. Now imagine having hundreds of other educators and computer nerds building over a thousand such widgets that you can download and use for free! But first read their cartoon history http://www.konfabulator.com/cartoon/partOne.html to understand why this is important...and then explore some of the 1350 widgets already developed! These range from the purely fun (penguins waddling across your screen), to the utilitarian (onscreen timekeeper for tracking time you spend on projects; lowest gas prices in your area finder ), to the educational (news feeds in Bulgarian; universal keyboard..to type in any language). There are way too many webcams...and such...but the gems you find are worth the search!Note: Konfabulator is java-based. It is free to download and no longer requires a registration.

Learning Objects for Visualizations

LOV is a set of learning objects (LO) for studying programming in Java. It is based on the Jeliot program animation system (http://cs.joensuu.fi/jeliot/index.php) and consists of source code and text. The text for each LO presents a specific concept of Java programming and then describes the visualization of the concept as created automatically from the source code by Jeliot. Each LO ends with an exercise to modify the source code. There are currently 44 LOs on the topics: control statements, arrays, methods, constructors and inheritance.

Ključne reči: Apleti, simulacija, talentovani učenici, motivacija, individualizacija nastave.APPLETS IN TEACHING AS A FUNCTION OF MOTIVATION IN SUPPORT TALENTED STUDENTSSummary:The authors cite contemporary methods of teaching, such as the use of applets, interactive content, animation and simulation. All mentioned methods directly affect the quality of the teaching process. One part of the paper, and individualized instruction, or to provide access that includes ways of teaching with the child according to his abilities. The authors cite some suggestions on how to enable talented and above average students to supplement their knowledge by applying information and communication technologies. Some of the examples cited in this paper are teaching in a virtual classroom with a variety of applets and interactive content and application systems for e-learning tools that allow these students to materials that have adopted their average peers were learning at school further study and application.Key words: Applets, simulations, talented students, motivation, individualized instruction.

Summary: This paper describes the process of UML modeling for solving the traveling salesman problem using one of the metaheuristic-genetic algorithms. This problem is applicable to navigation systems and transportation networks. Static and dynamic diagrams implemented in developing tools for modeling, as well as a description of specific applications and testing are mentioned. With this approach we describe modeling tool that can be used in the development of specific solutions and a way of establishing explicit links between concepts and execution code.

APPLICATION UML IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT USING LARMAN METHOD

PRIMENA UML-A U RAZVOJU SOFTVERA LARMANOVOM METODOMAbstract – This paper presents a simplified Larman method of software development on the example of a library information system. Larman method consists of five phases of software development: A collection of user requirements, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Library system was developed as a web application. Software system of library uses software architecture on three levels. It consists of threelevels, namely: the user interface level, the level of application logic and data levels.Sadržaj – U ovom radu prikazana je uprošćena Larmanova metoda razvoja softvera na primeru informacionog sistema biblioteke. Larmanova metoda se sastoji iz pet faza razvoja softvera: Prikupljanja korisničkih zahteva, Analize, Projektovanja, Implementacije i Testiranja. Sistem biblioteke razvijen je kao web aplikacija. Softverski sistem biblioteke koristi tronivojsku softversku arhitekturu. Sastoji se iz tri nivoa i to: nivoa korisničkog interfejsa, nivoa aplikacione logike i nivoa podataka.
