These very comprehensive guidelines explain the mission and structure of the course, but the primary focus is helping students develop a business plan.  Detailed requirements are provided on everything from forming teams to doing the final presentation at the end of the semester.  Also included are assessment criteria, resources to put a business plan together, a quality control process to provide feedback about the course, and information about a business plan competition.</description>

            <description>Transparency International is the only international non-governmental organization devoted to combating corruption. This site does not expose individual cases. Rather, it focuses on trends and on prevention and reforming systems. The site notes that A principal tool in the fight against corruption is access to information. In that spirit, the T Web site offers many corruption surveys, indexes, and reports that rank countries according to various measurements of corruption. For example, one survery ranks countries in terms of the degree to which business people and country analysts perceive them to be the homes of bribe-takers. Other resources include a Corruption Fighters Tool Kit and a discussion of business principles for countering bribery.</description>
