Prvi deo predstavlja uvod u java programski jezik. Cilj ovog poglavlja zbirke je da uvede studenta i upozna ga sa Java programskim jezikom. Prvi, uvodni zadaci poma&#382;u da upoznate osnovnu sintaksu ovog programskog jezika. Zatim slede&#263;i zadaci se vezuju za osnovne koncepte u javi, odnosno na objekte i klase. Naveo sam vi&#353;e primera kako bi studenti bolje upoznali ovaj objektno-orijentisani jezik. Zatim slede zadaci koji navode jo&#353; jedan osnovni koncept jave a to je nasle&#273;ivanje. Poslednji segment ovog poglavlja &#269;ine slo&#382;eni zadaci koji implementiraju sve do sad pomenuto. Na kraju ovog poglavlja postoje kontrolna pitanja i testovi za ve&#382;banje i proveru znanja. Drugi deo &#269;ine zadaci iz oblasti Java apleta. Na po&#269;etku su navedeni osnovni zadaci koji se vezuju za rad sa komponentama za izgradnju grafi&#269;kog korisni&#269;kog interfejsa (GUI) zvanu Abstract Window Toolkit (AWT). Zatim sledi par zadataka koji ilustruje rad sa grafi&#269;kim elementima (metoda paint). Ako student savlada prethodna dva tipa zadataka onda slede zadaci za rad sa doga&#273;ajima (metod ActionPerformed). Na kraju ovog poglavlja postoji uporedni pregled- java apleti i aplikacije, kako bi se uvidela razlika izme&#273;u ova dva dela. Tako&#273;e, na kraju ovog poglavlja postoje kontrolna pitanja i testovi za ve&#382;banje i proveru znanja. Tre&#263;i deo je Java-grafi&#269;ki korisni&#269;ki interfejs. Ovaj deo se nadovezuje na drugi deo. Uklju&#269;uju se AWT i Swing komponente  i rad sa doga&#273;ajima. Tako&#273;e postoje zadaci za rad sa doga&#273;ajima KeyListener i MouseListener (funkcionalnost na tastere ili na klik misa). Tako&#273;e navedeni su i neki primeri kako programirati neke komponente koje su nam potrebne za izradu konkretnog informacionog sistema. Na kraju ovog poglavlja postoje kontrolna pitanja za  proveru znanja. Dodatak A predstavlja sintezu prva tri dela i prikazuje studentu kako mo&#382;e implementirati svoja znanja u izradi informacionog sistema. Naveo sam informacioni sistem Kursevi Engleskog jezika. Ina&#269;e ovo je moj projekat koji sam radio na osnovnim studijama. IS sadr&#382;i opcije uno&#353;enja podataka, modifikacije, pretrage i brisanja. &#268;etvrti deo je UML modelovanje. Objektno-orijentisana analiza i dizajn omogu&#263;ava svim u&#269;esnicima u razvoju aplikacije da na jednostavan i sveobuhvatan na&#269;in steknu uvid u analizu i implementaciju konkretnog problema. UML (Unified Modeling Language) je univerzalni jezik za modelovanje koji slu&#382;i za specifikaciju,  vizuelizaciju, konstrukciju i dokumentaciju razvoja sistema. Koristi se u razli&#269;itim fazama razvoja, od specifikacije zahteva do testiranja zavr&#353;enih, gotovih sistema. Za izradu UML dijagrama kori&#353;&#263;eni su alati STAR UML i Visual Paradigm for UML.   Dodatak B je primena UML alata  u dizajnu i analizi informacionog sistema.  U ovom dodatku je predstavljen modul Web aplikacije baziran na poslovanju On-line Knji&#382;are, sa svim obja&#353;njenim procesima po&#269;ev&#353;i od pretrage, nabavke, brisanja, izmena kao i mogu&#263;nost On-line kupovine. Na kraju ovog dodatka sam naveo uporedni pregled UML dijagrama i ekranskih formi koje su programirane u Java programskom jeziku, a sve u cilju da bi uo&#269;ili povezanost izme&#273;u ova dva alata.</description>
