Text of Learning Exercise: 1. Go Brainingcamp Math Teaching software free activities: 2. Browse through the list of topics and click on the concept you would like to teach. 3. If you wish, you can click to see the curriculum standards covered by this activity. 3. In the lesson, click the Next button to start. The lesson introduces the concept. Unlike a textbook, this online lesson uses animation and audio narration to make learning more dynamic. Ensure that you have your speakers turned on to hear the audio narration. You can use this lesson on an interactive whiteboard or projector in front of the whole class, or let students view the lesson individually on lab computers. The Next and Back buttons will obviously step forward and backward. The Replay button can be used to see animations over again. 4. After you have finished the lesson, click on the Interactive activity. Most interactive activities will include movable points, sliders, or customizable number setting so that students can make changes and explore the results. Have students examine the results on the screen as the dynamically changing settings. Explore what is happening by asking students questions about what they expect to see by making some modification. After students give their hypotheses, make the change in the software and then discuss what happened.
