Lesson Title: Changing Temperatures

Objectives: 1. Students will know that weather changes daily.
2. Students will write a narrative.
3. Students will create a bar graph.

CDE Science: Earth Sciences 3b: Students know that the weather changes from
day to day but that trends in temperature or of rain (or snow) tend to be
predictable during a season. Investigation and Experimentation 4c: Record
observations on a bar graph.

CDE Language Arts: Writing: Organization and Focus 1.1: Select a focus when
writing. 1.2: Use descriptive words when writing.

NETS: #5: Work cooperatively and collaboratively with peers, family members,
and others when using technology in the classroom. #6: Demonstrate positive
social and ethical behaviors when using technology. #7: Practice responsible use
of technology systems and software.
