Lesson Title: Gravity Basics

Objectives: 1. Students will review concepts of gravity.
2. Students will read fluently.
3. Students will navigate through websites.
4. Students will use technology responsibly.

CDE Science: Physical Sciences 1c: Students know the way to change how
something is moving is by giving it a push or a pull. The size of the change is
related to the strength, or the amount of force, of the push or pull. 1d:
Students know tools and machines are used to apply pushes and pulls (forces) to
make things move. 1e: Students know objects fall to the ground unless something
holds them up.

CDE Language Arts: Decoding and Word Recognition
1.1: Recognize and use knowledge of spelling patterns (e.g., diphthongs,
special vowel spellings) when reading. 1.6: Read aloud fluently and accurately
and with appropriate intonation and expression.

NETS: #5: Work cooperatively and collaboratively with peers, family members,
and others when using technology in the classroom. #6: Demonstrate positive
social and ethical behaviors when using technology. #7: Practice responsible
use of technology systems and software.
