Instructions: Go to the website. Scroll down the page and click on "Kenyon North and South." When this page comes up Click on the middle picture on the left (baseball team) with dates 1999-2000 underneath. Click on "enter here." Scroll to the bottom of the page. A series of icons will appear: B/P/T, Baseball, Women, Style, and Society. (The Newspaper icon doesn't work). Read the article that comes up for Birmingham/Pittsburgh Times. Read the article that comes up for Baseball. Under Women read the information for all 10 icons. For the icon Style read the sections: Good Looks, People, Beauty Salon, Barber Shops, School, Nightlife, and Furniture. Under the Icon Society click and read the items under both Home (all items) and Work (all items including interviews. Once all the information has been collected write a 8-10 page paper describing African-American urban culture.
