A great introduction to learn basics of Emotional Intelligence. The site has a lot or investigation showing the importance of the concept and applications. Due the explicit objective of promoting emotional intelligence in organizations, the teacher wonÂ’t find critics or alternative concepts. Anyway, the site provides many articles that can be used in class from an analytical point of view.
