Rating: 3 stars
Used in Course: Not used in course

Comment: This animation attempts to visually demonstrate the bandwidth differences between various transmission application such as POTs, fax, ISDN, MPEG Video and audio. It provides the ability to start, stop, set the animation speed, and reset the animation. A graphic shows the bandwidth of the selected items. There is also a graphic that represents data moving through a 1.5Mbit/s pipe, This graphic attempts to display the number of selected items that can move through the pipe. I will be using this to demonstrate the limits of bandwidth in a networking class.
