After listening to Task Significance made me notice that jobs are heavily impacted nowadays. So the best way to address them is with a positive influence on others. It improves health, safety, and relationships among an entire company. An example he gives of this is through the Volvo saved my life club that customers tell their stories that they’ve experienced with Volvo workers. This really stood out to me and showed me how a company can really have an impact on its future and current customers. I absolutely enjoyed listening to this pod cast and thought it was really informative.
