I think that this would be a good tool for a test review; which is exactly what it is intended for. As far as being fun and interactive I think that it lacks a little bit just because it began to get very repetitive as I went through. I think you would be able to use something like to formatively within lectures and summatively at the end of a chapter.
Everything seemed to function ok for me. I do think that sound effect choices were appropriate. The only thing I think I would change is that when the student gets the answer incorrect, you do not provide the correct answer. Tell them why their choice is incorrect and require them to go back to the question and try again. I say this because after I answered the question and it was wrong, I completely forgot what I just answered.
