Of all the tutorials I've made on citation, this is the one the students go back to again and again. They are not as "savvy" when it comes to using MS Word as we might imagine digital natives would be; they need help to understand how to set the ruler and paragraph features. They need an explanation of terms such as "hanging indent." This tutorial helps them with these needs.
