This work is extensive and precise. It would be very useful on different levels for different people doing workplace research. For example I found Figure 1: Themes and characteristics related to work group effectiveness very useful for leadership students.
A concern I have, from a research perspective, is the age of the material. Published in 2007, it is based on research not later than 2005. That does not mean that the data is necessarily too old to be useful, but that currently it might not be applicable. Because it is so specific to European countries, and their results varied, I would be hesitant to try to assign it in other cultures without additional study. It does inspire researchers to try to replicate.
