Comment: This is an excellent place to learn about the patenting process, from the
development of an idea, through applying for a patent, to marketing your patent
or product. PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM VISITING THIS SITE. The
first thing you encounter is a notice that you must read the Terms of Service
before viewing the site. Residents of Pennsylvania (and certain other
commercial concerns) are prohibited from viewing or using this site in any way,
under threat of a $25,000 fine. I do not know if this is enforceable, but since
it does not affect me, I forged on.

I looked at most, but not all, the material. I found the section on patent
protection to be especially informative. Hundreds of useful links to other
sites related to all phases of the invention process are listed in a section
labeled "Good Guys."

Navigation on this site is especially easy, as each selected section contains
embedded hyperlinks and an outline of the entire site along the left margin with
the current section expanded to include each of the links which appear in the
text.
