Comment: I am a college student as well and also found this site to be helpful. I spent around 15 minutes reading the introduction and browsing the links. When reading the introduction, I agreed with many of the statements as I am an academic procrastinator. I also clicked on the link "Abby's summary of Intervention Strategies for Procrastination" and then from there on the link for “Academic Procrastination.” I found this site very interesting as well. I agreed with many of the statements on why students procrastinate. If students learn about ways to avoid procrastinate a young age, when they get to be college students they might not procrastinate as much. I think this quality of content is very truthful, and therefore helpful. I also think this can be very effective if used in the classroom appropriately. This material was very easy to find, even for first time users.
