This site is very useful for teaching erosion, volcanos, mineral identification,
viewing satelite photos of different areas on earth,topographical maps, disater
causes and geological information. There are many links which can lead to a
wealth of information utilized to teach earth science. The maps, virtual videos
can assist ELL earners in understanding how rock and minerals are formed b
weathering and erosion. A valuable tool for teaching a difficult topic.
