The information is logical and there are illustrations and examples in the chapters. There are also thought provoking questions at the end of each chapter and interesting examples. The authors clearly explain the difference between IT and Information System (related but not identical concepts. There is a strong emphasis on the connection between users and technology (the "human factor.")
