The website is effective in providing an in-depth look at using OER to teach math. The site can be used as a whole or in part in a variety of situtations from the classroom to professional development. When reviewing, all links appeared to work.
Concerns:
To work well, the teacher would benefit just signposting the student to the linked website rather than to tis page.

The website is very easy to navigate, simply a linear list of topics, resources, and questions which can be remixed or reused under the CC attribution.
Concerns:
Adobe Flash resources although not present on this website, do exist at some links and might not be usable by those with a MAC OS.
Other Issues and Comments:
This website could fairly easily be adapted to create a Teaching OER course for other disciplines besides math.
