This open textbook for lifetime wellness courses was developed as a result of a Round 19 Transformation Grant. Interdisciplinary Perspectives in Lifetime Wellness was developed to best support students at Columbus State University through a new Lifetime Wellness course: responsive to the needs of the current era and built on a breadth of perspectives and insights drawn from across the disciplines. There is no cost associated with the use of this resource.

Table of contents with heading sections allow for selecting parts if only certain areas would be used.
There are objectives for each section to identify learner goals.
The material is 247 pages total and builds on knowledge of wellness progressively.
Concerns:
Pretest or posttest items to measure student learning would improve resource.
Including an index or list of resources/website at the end of book would improve resource.
Identification of any prerequisite knowledge would improve resource.

Concerns:
When reading aloud is in use there is no page number displayed.
Most information is in outline format in short paragraphs and different levels of headings.
