This book addresses key principles necessary for leadership to improve their communication, regardless of whether this is in schools, clubs, social or religious groups, sports or games. Because the art of management is “getting things done through people”, effective communication is essential in organizations.
The book teaches management principles to tomorrow’s business leaders by weaving three threads through every chapter: strategy, entrepreneurship and active leadership.
