This is an exemplary collection and the world’s largest online library for teaching materials on employee ownership.
There is a searchable database by title, keyword, author or publisher with over 600 teaching materials, including videos, cases, syllabi, teaching modules, and reading collections.
The tutorial is extremely well organized and includes clear and concise information that is very detailed and relevant to the content covered.
Key terms and historical background are provided.
The author(s) explain very well how each aspect of the text is used in to strengthen the overall content and as a result student learning can be impacted.
A summary of the content as well as several additional resources are provided to reinforce learning outcomes.
There are additional resources to access additional materials such as: A downloadable white paper/”Employee Well-being” report dated March 2022, A 9 page downloadable “HR Leaders Tool Kit”, and a PDF downloadable e-book titled “Worried about employee retention? Make these 3 changes”.

Good useability of the materials both with and without the internet
Ease of use for each of these materials is terrific.
The content is easily navigable
Can be used with or without the internet – download ahead of time.

Concerns:

I’d like to see some sort of way to connect the books with activities
The content is not interactive, the instructor would need to create content/activities.
There are no visual aids/activities reports.
