Evaluation and Observation

Content Quality

Rating: 3 stars
Strengths: Provides an extraordinary number of links to sites and other resources that
offer general information about giftedness for parents and children.
Concerns: The information in the teacher's section is limited.

Potential Effectiveness as a Teaching Tool

Rating: 2 stars
Strengths: A repository of links that provide connections to general information sources,
publications, organizations, and resources for parents and children.
Concerns: Because of the number of links to other sites, each link would need to be
evaluated for quality and use independent from the origional site. The site
itself offers little origional information. there is also the concern that
experts in the field of gifted education may not find this site expecially
helpful to educators.

Ease of Use for Both Students and Faculty

Rating: 5 stars
Strengths: This site is very easy to navigate.
Concerns: Note noted by the reviewers.

Other Issues and Comments: Some of the links are broken, yet, with the number of links in the site this is
a minor problem.
