Rating: 4.5 stars
Strengths: Nice use of multimedia for a simple yet important function. It is actually a
good reference tool. Overall the content is very good.

Concerns:

Potential Effectiveness as a Teaching Tool

Rating: 4 stars
Strengths: This is a very useful reference tool for anyone who is involved in unit
conversions. Students should be made aware of this site.

Concerns: If a "how-to" segment were included to show how conversions are actually made,
this would be great improvement that could permit the covnerter to be considered
as a teaching tool.

Ease of Use for Both Students and Faculty

Rating: 4 stars
Strengths: Very attractive. After some practice this tool becomes quick and easy to use.
Offers a variety of units.
Concerns: None

Other Issues and Comments: Does not support Windows XP with IE 6.0. However, to overcome this problem, the
author suggests using Netscape 6.2 or Java Virtual Machine if present in your PC
(it is also available for downloading).
