Evaluation and Observation

Content Quality

Rating: 3 stars
Strengths: This site offers examples of contemporary educational research projects and
provides an updated perspective on specific areas of interest, including
assessing historical understanding (Nazi Germany and the Holocaust) which is
relevant to Cultural Diversity in education.
Concerns: The content of the site at this time is limited in providing resources relevant
to Cultural Diversity. It would seem that this site would be better placed in a
different category, maybe Assessment and/or Educational Psychology since much
of the research focuses on Multiple Intelligences Theory and the culture of
work environments.

Potential Effectiveness as a Teaching Tool

Rating: 3 stars
Strengths: The site could be introduced to graduate students for the purpose of exposure to
contemporary research interests and efforts in cultural diversity. May also be
appropriate for undergraduate students in preparing research papers in teaching
historical understanding.
Concerns: There is only one research project that directly relates to Cultural Diversity.

Ease of Use for Both Students and Faculty

Rating: 5 stars
Strengths: The site is easy to use and clearly provides a link to the webmaster with
questions or concerns.
Concerns: NONE
