This interactive web site provides the reader with information about Copyright Laws as they apply to educators, then follows up with questions and immediate answers. It is applicable to educators at all levels.

The overall goal of the material is to provide Copyright information for educations so that the student will be able to apply this information to real life situations. The site takes into account software, music, movies, television, internet sites and email.

The target student population would be anyone who works in an academic environment from preschool through the university level. It would be useful for preservice teachers in both presentations for university classrooms and in their own future K-12 classrooms.

This material could be in a class that addresses the issues of copyright law. Additionally, the material could be used as a tutorial for new employees in a district or university. It would be useful in an introductory education course, as part of a student teaching seminar, or as a suggested resource for any number of education courses. It might also be used as part of a library orientation for students and faculty alike.

The material is easy to use and the directions are clearly written. The user would benefit from audio capability. Even without speakers, the audio material is written out and so, accessible to users.
