This module is ideal for introductory or advanced operations management (OM)courses at either the undergraduate or graduate level. The models and implementation approaches provide enough depth and scope to engage an advanced study, while covering the basics for those without a background in OM. Target is working managers who have a perceived need for a simple model of TQM. It could be used with Executive MBAs or traditional MBAs.
