Human Blood consists of three connected tutorials (on blood components, ABO blood types, and Rh blood types), a page with some suggested web searches about blood, a glossary, tables of blood types and the ABO and Rh blood type frequencies in the US, and a collection of links to other sites about blood. The tutorials include sound files with the correct pronunciation of new words, links to the glossary, some simple graphics and tables, and interactive quizzes. Each quiz has nine questions and gives immediate feedback about the student's answer. Harder questions have hints but students can also learn by just trying different answers. The follow on suggestions for web searches includes links to search engines and hints for the assignment.

Concerns:
The "Web Expeditions" page is a good idea but more specific suggestions of sites to use, such as those on the related links page, and a some more concrete assignments would be even better.
