Strengths: Once the software is downloaded to the local computer, little interaction to run the program is required. The information is presented in a video story format.
Concerns: The software needs to be downloaded and run from the local computer. The home page does not provide instructions for downloading and installing the software. The home page does not tell you that that Audio and Windows Media Player are required to run the program. It does not tell the user how or where to get Windows Media Player if the user does not have one. The home page leaves a lot to be desired and needs to be redesigned to provide more user friendly guidance.
