Overview:	This site is an excellent resource for beginning and intermediate Spanish learners. The site provides a large range of vocabulary and terminology. An additional benefit to using this site is that it also provides the pronunciation for all vocabulary as well as the alphabet. Students can also find a large range of information on different cultural aspects as well as additional links to further their understanding. An additional benefit of this site is the ability to track progress with the Report card. Students can also take advantage of online verb drills to practice what they learn in the classroom independently. This site can also be beneficial to those who simply want to have basic language proficiency for travel purposes; simply use the Travel Helper.

Strengths:	The site provides pronunciation sound files so one can hear exactly how to say each vocabulary word correctly. The amount of material is adequate but could be slightly more extensive.
Concerns:	There is a cost involved to access some features

Potential Effectiveness as a Teaching Tool

Strengths:	This sight is great for students to practice their language learning outside of the classroom. Teachers can easily assign practice work to be completed on this site. The best part is that students can independently work and still hear the language.

Ease of Use for Both Students and Faculty

Rating:

Strengths:	The site includes a good deal of cultural information as well as links to additional sites on specific topics. The coloring is simple and not distracting. The audio commentary is very clear and easy to understand. The user can easily navigate in and out of sites. Students can ask for feedback on any information they have completed on the site by requesting a report card to track their progress.
