Evaluation and Observation

Content Quality

Rating: 4.5 stars
Strengths: The information in the video allows the audience to get a brief outline of the changes that are possible even with strong command and control leadership. It is well-designed, has appropriate length and engaging content; encourages/persuades via example rather than requirements/suggested outcomes.
Concerns: The speaker in the video may have been too quick in his explanations of the topics and responses. The concern is that the reviewer may need to review several times to grasp all of the information in the video. It could use a bit more detail about how the subject changes were made.

Other Issues and Comments: The speaker should state the points clearly and explain, then repeat in the same video.
