Rating:

Strengths:	A concise and professionally developed introduction to spa management issues.
Concerns:	No major concerns, perhaps some self-test on the material would be a useful addition and a bit more user friendliness.

Potential Effectiveness as a Teaching Tool

Rating:

Strengths:	The learning objectives are clearly defined and the concepts are well explained.Color scheme is on target with colors easy on the eye. The clip art and graphics are a great addition to the pages.
Concerns:	The materials are not easy to navigate especially to a new user.

Ease of Use for Both Students and Faculty

Rating:

Strengths:	Easy to read tabs on the toolbar. The list of information in the tabs and arrows to navigate you toward the material is fine but lacking ease of use.
Concerns:	Too complex to navigate from the materials to the lessons.
