A very compelling read...
"Culture brings contact between people, or, shall we say, culture can bring contact between people, it can bring people closer together, and it can encourage understanding. Concerns:
Since this is a lecture it would be used primarily for individual consumption or the teacher would need to facilitate the discussion.
It would be great to have the audio in several different formats.

Daniel Barenboim has a great idea in forming this orchestra, and has generated a lot of interest. As a lecturer/presenter he is an inspiration to many. The effectiveness of the presentation of the information would be determined by how the information on pre and post discussion.
Concerns:
Since it is a long lecture it would take long attention spans.
