Overview: This site was developed by Professor Kyle Hsu of California State University. The site is brief and gives three snippets of Chinese culture. The site is current, last updated April, 2011.
Learning Goals: The goal of the site is to demonstrate three concepts from the modern Chinese point of view. The concepts are: direct vs. indirect; time concept and lucky vs. unlucky.
Target Student Population: • This site can be used by beginning learners. Graduate level students may find minimal value. • This site will work for any discipline particularly those engaged in international studies.
