Overview: This was a short video from the CEO of Jet Blue sharing his vision for the company and his philosophy on slowing the growth of the company deliberately to ensure it maintains its high level of quality and small company culture.
Learning Goals: To provide to students an alternative perspective and approach to company expansion/growth. To enable students to recognize value in a 'small company' culture and high standards of quality vs. rapid growth. To gain a deeper understanding of JetBlue's prudent view of growth and teamwork to keep them afloat in a recession climate.
Target Student Population: Undergraduate or graduate students could benefit from this video.

Strengths: This was a clear and concise video presentation. The speaker is professional and credible due to his position and his demeanor. The associated video content is engaging and created effectively from a marketing perspective. The growth perspective of JetBlue's CEO is a critical component to their operation. This video allows students to understand theoretical concepts from a real-world perspective
Concerns: The only concern is that the video presentation seems quite a bit like a commercial for the company rather than an educational presentation. It's important to note that this is one person's perspective on a corporate growth strategy.
