Description:

TED: Ideas worth spreading is a collection of dynamic speakers and short videos that can be used for a variety of educational purposes. While they are topical they are also so good that they could be integrated in many disciplines.  These are, as TED says, "Riveting talks that are free to the world." Organized by newest, most watched, most emailed, most translated, these are too good to have listed in MERLOT as single entries. TED Conferences are too expensive for many of us to attend and by invitation only, but the talks are free to everyone.  I encourage MERLOT to look at and catalog this award worthy site appropriately.
