I used this series of videos in one of my social work classes. I had the students in small groups each choose a story of one of the individuals and write a first persona account that they shared with the rest of the group. The stories they wrote were moving and powerful and helped to put a face to the refugee crisis instead of just looking at raw numbers or political rhetoric.
