Open Educational Resources (OER) represents one key component of Open Education. Promoting Use and Contribution of Open Educational Resources (2017) by Sanjaya Mishra is an outstanding case study of OER adoption and use in India, funded by a grant from Research on Open Educational Resources for Development (ROER4D), for the Commonwealth Education Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA) and Commonwealth of Learning (COL).
