Xerte Online Toolkits (Xpert Project) is a free, (easy-to-use) open source content creating tool for developing and authoring Open Educational Resources (OER), Creative Commons (CC), and Accessibility (A) e-Learning objects suitable for all levels of study in a wide range of subjects. The "Xerte Public E-Learning Repository (Xpert Project)" contains an impressive repository collection of 200,000+ Xerte e-Learning objects that have been created by the International Xerte Community of Educator Users. Both Xpert and Xerte Online Toolkits are maintained by the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
