The course is aimed at educationists in leadership roles who are looking to advance their career.
We will study how educational leaders work strategically to develop organizations that are driven towards a clear shared vision, with motivated staff, engaged students, and a supportive school community.

Analyze and critique management practices and philosophies of educational institutions. Apply and assess strategic leadership insights in your professional practice.
