Using DBT for Emotional Eating

The following video is about using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as a way to regulate the emotions that drive non-hunger eating. Emotional eating is a side affect of an imbalanced state--maintaining a natural state will kickstart the skill set needed to land at your natural shape. The video was filmed at a California Association of Marriage Family Therapist's (CAMFT) training at Memorial Hospital's Education Center, in Modesto, California, February 2011.
