This is a QR code. A QR Code is a 2-dimensional barcode, which has encoded in it a URL (web address), text, or other information. It can be read by a QR code scanner, including QR scanner smartphone apps. Once you have an app installed on your smartphone, open the app and hold your phones camera over a QR code to read it. Most QR codes youll come across have a URL encoded, so chances are when you read the QR code it will take you to a web page.

I agree that the few expressions and vocabulary introduced in this adaption of the book "Bahasa Indonesia in 7 days" are useful when you go to the country as tourist. Except for a few typos, the cultural notes are helpful. While the pronunciation guide is useful for language learners, I think it is too lengthy for someone who is going to have a brief visit to the country.
The use of audio is helpful, so that learners can learn how to pronounce the words. The audio window placed on the same page is also helpful--it keeps you from doing too many clicking. When you open the Guide to Pronunciation, however, the audio opens in a new window, which is very annoying. The Link to more info, however, is very handy and informative.
