It can be read by a QR code scanner, including QR scanner smartphone apps. Once you have an app installed on your smartphone, open the app and hold your phones camera over a QR code to read it. Report for a research process of developing JAVA Educational Software as well as issues identified and addressed in teaching and learning using this software. The Focus of the research is the qualitative research of e-learning processes and the software engineering issues in designing learning environments. Teaching this subject to undergraduate students proved to be not an easy task. In order to raise the quality of these classes the researcher has set a goal to create educational software that will serve as learning environment were the learner will have everything he needs in order to develop software. It will include help, options to write java code, compiling options, and executing options. The aim was to create educational software tool – editor that will as primary goal to create JAVA applications and applets and at the same time to provide mechanism for the user to compile his source code without leaving the editor. Also the goal is set to provide a complete e-learning environment for the course Object Oriented Programming in JAVA language. In order to achieve this, the researcher has set several objectives, which are going to be discussed throughout the research paper. The main contribution of the software developed is its small size, it does not employ any prerequisites of any kind to the user and it is not assumed any pre-knowledge of the JAVA language. The developed software followed the usability guidelines and was tested for its usability. Also the software was used to do qualitative research on e-learning processes and identifying were does actually learning happens in using this software with an aim to increase knowledge dissemination and improve the overall e-learning processes.
