This is a classic tool used for developing a business plan. I also recommend doing a "Personal SWOT" as an exercise for the client/coachee to look inwards and discover his/her personal Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats.

Technical Remarks:

Also includes a free MS-Word downloadable template. But can easily be done with pen and paper!
