James Graaskamp Landmark Research Collection

169 issues / 19,976 pages, added 10/25/2007 and 11/20/2007 James Graaskamp taught real estate at the UW-Madison from 1964 to 1988 and was chairman of the Real Estate Department from 1968 until his untimely death in 1988. Graaskamp built the teaching side of the Real Estate program into national prominence and was noted for his holistic intellectual pragmatic approach, his iconoclasm, and his extraordinary efforts on behalf of his students. This digital collection contains over 165 of Landmark Research’s consulting reports completed between the late 1960s to the early 1990s. There are appraisals, market and feasibility studies as well as other types of research and analysis. The collection provides a sampling of the extraordinary work of this truly remarkable man.
